Emma teaches Mindfulness Meditation as well as the science and concepts behind this that are proven to aid physical and mental health. 

You can book wellbeing sessions for groups, or private 1:1 coaching.

​An 8-week course in Mindfulness for Health and Wellbeing is available. This is designed to run one evening a week for a small group.​ The in-depth course is designed to de-mystify meditation and help to build mental and emotional fitness through developing regular mindfulness practice in your life. It is part of a longitudinal study with Oxford University. 

Mindfulness meditation techniques will help to improve health and wellbeing using specific strategies to cope with managing stress, anxiety, and pain, as well as improving focus, concentration, and energy levels.

This is for you, or your organisation, if you want to enhance well-being, learn more about mindfulness and meditation, and develop techniques to manage stress, develop resilience, and feel more in control.

This Zen meditation, swim and kayaking retreat is designed as a refuge where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect with the present moment. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or just beginning your mindfulness journey, this is a haven for all seeking balance, clarity, and a renewed sense of self-confidence and well-being.​ We will cover techniques proven to assist with sleep, stress and pain.

9.30 - 10.30 Meditation Class

2pm - Swim inductions 

3pm Wellness Centre - sauna, hot tub and cold plunge in the lake

5 - 6 pm Meditation Class
